Personal Update (2/20/10)
Back in Singapore. Feels a lot like home.
Catching up on things, working, planning trips. Looking forward to enjoying Asia and Australia/New Zealand. Next time I plan on being back in the US? Vegas in July for the Desiree Alliance conference.
-- I will be unreachable via any of my US numbers but email always works. My international number will change with every country.

I've discovered the pleasure of working with Brian Gardner's WP themes. His Revolution is mind-blowing and he's actually a nice guy. Although his work is easy to use right out of the box, there's infinite fun to be had by customizing (i.e., destroying) it. As you can see here.

That’s hilarious.
I was in Italy and everyone had on Simpson’s tshirts and drank Duff beer. It was like reliving the 90s in the US.
Greg,
I just had to get them in the store.
Krista,
Can’t wait till I get to Italy!

My art history professor told our class that The Simpsons are popular in France too.
Aspasia,
Yet another thing to look forward to in France!

Quite an advertising campaign to get the kids (and adults) eating donuts I guess. Who actually markets them and how did they manage to get the license to use the Homer Simpsons? Must have cost a fortune.
I guess there is money in donuts!!
Adirec,
It wasn’t an advertising campaign, simply boxes of doughnuts on the shelf — very business as usual. I think it’s the popularity of The Simpsons over here that led to Simpsons brand doughnuts! I found them in my local ASDA, which is part of the Wal-Mart family.
As much stuff as The Simpsons has merchandised, I’m not sure it’s that expensive. But the doughnuts ARE classic! And yes, they sell them every day it seems. Just another brand of doughnut here.
